Didn't get your download?

Check your spam and promotions folders first — the delivery email arrives immediately after payment. If it isn't there, send us your order number and the email address you used at checkout and we'll re-send the link. A missing email is never a reason for us to withhold the product.

Refund requests

Email us from the address you used at checkout within 14 days of purchase, include your order number, and tell us briefly what didn't meet your expectations. See the Refund & Digital Delivery Policy for the full terms.

Licence questions

Your purchase covers use in one business. If you're an agency, consultant or franchise group and want to use the playbook across multiple businesses or with clients, get in touch about a separate licence. The Terms of Service & Licence set out what's included.

What we can't help with

We can't run your campaigns, log into your ad account, review your specific business's legal or advertising compliance position, or predict what results you'll get. The playbook is an educational system — the implementation is yours.
