Refund & Digital Delivery Policy
What you are buying. The Contractor's Meta Ads Playbook is a digital product. There is no physical item and nothing is shipped. Your download link is delivered by email and on your order confirmation page immediately after payment is confirmed.
Refunds
If the product is not what you expected, contact us within 14 days of purchase and we will review your request. Because this is a digital product that is delivered in full at the moment of purchase, we ask that you tell us what did not meet your expectations so we can improve it.
We will provide a full refund where:
- the file was not delivered, cannot be opened, or is corrupted and we cannot supply a working replacement;
- the product materially differs from its description on this site; or
- a refund is required under applicable consumer protection law.
We may decline a refund where there is evidence the product has been redistributed, resold, or shared, or where a refund request is repeated or abusive.
Nothing in this policy limits any right you have under the consumer protection legislation of your province, state or country. Where applicable law gives you a stronger right than this policy, that law applies.
How to request a refund
Email us from the address you used at checkout, include your order number, and tell us briefly what the issue is. We aim to respond within 3 business days. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method and typically appear within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.
Problems with delivery
If your download link does not arrive, check your spam or promotions folder first, then contact us with your order number and we will re-send it. A missing email is never a reason for us to withhold the product.
Shipping
No physical goods are shipped and no shipping charges apply to this store.
